  Kenny M. wrote: Ken Hutchins completed a home inspection on the home we bought on 8/18/2016. When we moved in, we discovered a broken dishwasher, leaky faucets and plumbing, clogged drains, no seal on shower, and a huge hole in the roof which had resulted in toxic mold in the home. We have spent over $20,000 in repairs at this point. We called Ken Hutchins one month after moving in and discovering these things. We asked if we could speak with him about the possibility of getting our $300 back that we paid for the home inspection. He informed us he would call us back and we have yet to hear another word from him as of the date of this review. Every professional we spoke with who came to complete our repairs noted their disgust that Ken Hutchins would have overlooked these issues. We have reported him to the Better Business Bureau as our attorney advised and the case is still open. beware of this man. It is a shame that we have dishonest people like this in our community.
