All your cakes are made to order to meet your individual requirements. Commercially available cake mixes are never used, as all our cakes are baked from scratch, using premium quality ‘real’ ingredients and where possible, local produce.
The final price of your cake is determined by size and flavour but more importantly, complexity of design work.
The creation of your cake is a minimum three day process. On day one, your cake is baked and fillings prepared. On day two, it is filled and covered in a quality couverture chocolate ganache before being covered with fondant. On day three, the art of the decoration commences.
