  Laurence S. wrote: Al Malpiso has built many of the nicer homes in Teaneck and Englewood. We used him to do a really extensive renovation on out original 1920's home. He was great! Al pretty much gutted and rebuilt our original 1920's house, bringing it completely up to 2010 standards (new electrical plumbing hvac etc etc). He is a real craftsman, with a terrific attitude and great attention to detail. He won't let things get done until they are up to HIS standards. Not cheap, and a real character, but highly recommended.
