I am relatively new (again) to the area and am looking for really good referrals for massage therapists and other folks who may be able to get this damn piriformis issue under control. I have dealt with it for nearly nine (9) months, and it is to the point now where I cannot go on with it the way it is. Daniel Gordon is getting me a referral and I am looking for any and all other recommendations. Obviously, runner-friendly, but someone capable of finding the root cause of the issue so I can work to get it resolved. Many, many thanks in advance.

  Not a massage therapist, but a PT place that employs deep tissue massage (and other techniques) to get runners back on the road. Cannot recommend them enough. And hope you find relief soon! http://www.totalperformancept.com/
