  Carol M. wrote: Find someone else. Appt. was 2/17/17. They were on time. Met owner at beginning. Went over plan and costs and paid him. He left and 2 teens were to do the job. When they complete, the son showed me a red stain in one room and said his dad had something to remove. He said he would tell him to come by. I also needed a whole house interior paint job. Otis said he'd be back after the job he was working was over to give me an estimate. He called that evening and asked if he could stop by that Saturday. I said ok. I have never heard again from HD. After 1 month, the whole house carpet cleaning job is unsatisfactory. With only 1 person living here and considerably less traffic, the carpet looks terrible. If the carpet from beginning would have been a tough clean, they should have told me this instead showing me a swatch of what it would look like and it doesn't clearly look like that now. The house was completely empty of furniture so cleaning should have been easier. I'm stunned because I've never heard again from anyone and wish not to. Lesson learned!
