Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
My name is Nathan Barnes and I am the business owner for Crown Plumbing, Inc. I currently live in the Snohomish County area of WA State. My father started out in the plumbing business, and I started at another plumbing company, service for years as an apprentice then journeyman. I wanted to bring a different kind of plumbing company to the state of WA that focuses on the home owner rather than the money, and by bringing trust worthy and honest work that keeps a home in tip-top shape.
Describe a typical work day for you?
Our services are scheduled in two hour increments where we usually show up within the early hour. However, we call the home owner to let them know we are on the way. Our techs are always moving about to different cities to bring top-quality plumbing work to Snohomish and King County.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
We do not perform any work without speaking with the home owner first. We start by learning what they want initially, then we communicate with the home owner of anything else that comes up, or our approach to the situation. However, we want to satisfy the home owner and get to know their requests. When we meet a consensus, we perform our work for the estimate given. One of our goals is to perform our services so that a home owner is comfortable and confident that their house will remain safe after each appointment, without feeling disappointed in the price.
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
We greatly appreciate return customers, especially referrals. We always enjoy meeting knew folk and becoming long-time partners with them, including other contractors and companies.
