  Caroline B. wrote: Made a reservation to pickup a Uhaul June 1st. My son and I arrived at 10am to pickup the Uhaul, and we were stood up. Office was closed, we waited for 20 minutes, still no one showed up. We called and called the number and no one would answer. I even called on Friday to reconfirm but no answer all day. When you sign up to be a Uhaul sponsor, you need to be a responsible owner! I called on Tuesday to see what had happened, I spoke to JR the owner, I asked him why was there not someone at the office on Saturday to pickup the Uhaul, he said someone was there til noon, there was no one there, we knocked and knocked. I asked him if would be there this Saturday June 8th, he said he will be there. I said are you sure, he was so rude and hung up on me.
