  Karla H. wrote: After boarding my dog for 7 days, we picked her up and she was severely dehydrated. No one notified us of her condition. We had to take her to another vet for IV fluids to save her. We called Hoof and Paw to inform them what had happened but the vet was very unapologetic and didn't offer any explanation or seem concerned. Poor service. They nearly killed my dog due to neglect or abuse. Stay away. If you need references as to my claims, I have the paperwork from the other vet and can verify it all.
