Salon J Ladner: Join the Hair Journey ®, is Downtown Dayton's exclusive Paul Mitchell Focus Salon and Spa, specializing in the one accessory you have on every day, your hair.
Located at the Saint Clair Lofts, the industrial atmosphere turned high glamour, sets the mood for an energetic, welcoming, stylish, and chic salon. The grey tones set a muted scene for the colorful stylist destinations and accent pieces, enhanced by our spectacular glitter wall and one of a kind statement pieces.
Salon J Ladner and Spa provides dimensional hair coloring, trending haircuts, facial waxing, special occasion updos and makeup, hair relaxing, and texture services. At the salon’s Color Bar, Joshua and his stylists create extraordinary looks through advanced techniques including ombré, block coloring, and balayage.
Salon J Ladner and Spa provides more than just a color, cut, or style; it’s a lifestyle and commitment. Mr. J Ladner and his stylists are dedicated to sharing the hair journey with their guests, providing an amazing salon experience that transcends beyond each visit, enhanced with the best products available in the beauty industry.
As a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, they also are committed to making the world a more beautiful place, dedicated to giving back to the community and reaching out toward the future of Downtown Dayton, a thriving residential, retail, and entertainment community in the midst of its rebirth.
The owners Joshua and Vince Ladner are new to Dayton, but have already fallen in love with the city. They’ve not only chosen to open a salon downtown, but have also made downtown their home.
Joshua is a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School Tampa. As a nationally published stylist, he’s worked as a production manager for New York Fashion Week, working hand-in-hand with modeling agencies, designers, and front and back of house teams in order to achieve the ultimate vision of the runway shows. He’s been named by Beauty Launchpad, a leading beauty magazine,... show more as “a rebel with a beauty cause," and has been featured in print and online interviews inspiring young artists and entrepreneurs. He is also OutServe Magazine’s fashion and style editor, providing trend advice, photo spreads, and designer spotlight articles.
