  Acro yoga and jam with Cat Cat Duval and Chetana Thornton are great fun. Kundalini thursdays more spiritual, powerful meditative. Rocket Yoga a great workout, yin yoga is restorative...   Hi lovely. I'm an acupuncturist and a massage therapist. I found the combination of the two to be very helpful with sciatic pain. I'm also a yoga instructor so can teach you some useful stretches.
