  Day 3 off the sugar, day 3 on the exercise. Spent the day trying to find some new specialists who take my insurance, Ugh! Lucked out and found a new orthopedic surgeon, Ear nose & throat, dermatologist and a chiropractor. See the Chiro tomorrow Dermatologist on Friday, hoping to see the orthopedic this week for some much needed HA shots in my knee.
