  Lori: Does anyone know of a good local inexpensive lawyer. I am unsure as to the exact type we need but, it is to draw up papers or wills or titles not sure but it is so we don't loose our parents house after they pass away. We recently lost our mom and our dad is ok but it is something we don't know much about and need a local inexpensive lawyer. Any help would be appreciated.

  I did our Living Trust using the lawyer Helen Paik Austin. She did a great job only cost $600 for a married couple and for a single person it is only $550. She has a $25 coupon in the press telegram. We had the trust completed in 2 weeks. I had checked around and she was the cheapest, most lawyers want over $1000 to do what she did for $600. That price included everything. The will, living trust, advance directive and all of the filling fees. Helen is on Bellflower Blvd just north of the 91 17122 Bellflower Blvd Ph 562-867-0802. All it takes is 2 meeting with her and it's done.
