  CC is probably where you'll get the cheapest deal that actually provides coverage worth buying. Health insurance is not cheap. Get some comparisons from www.onetotalsolution.com -- they're up in Norco but can still help you. We used to use them befo re CC. It goes without sayin if people in places like San Diego would stop sending douchebags like Daryl Issa to DC, this conversation wouldn't be happening. Hope you all vote.
