  Hi all I was just in NYC last week and drank single origin coffee at blue bottle coffee shop. It was incredible! Anyone here no any coffee shops that serve single origin coffee? I know single origin coffee is not a brand but rather a way of harvesting, roasting, and serving coffee.

Light roasting is very interesting, definitely worth a try.
