  Louise H. wrote: He came and did a make shift repair to my conservatory roof, we gave him £120 to complete the repair and despite numerous promises he has not been back to the property for this purpose, we asked at the same time to do some other general repairs, I had yo nag to get him to do them at the time he said he would do these as a goodwill gesture now he is saying that the one little job he did which was a gutter fix, took up the whole £120. When asked for the money back because I have had to pay someone else to do the repair he got very unfriendly.
