  Cindy B. wrote: Disrespectful, rude and mean. I understand people have off days but when you put your hands on a child it is inappropriate. She was aware child was hyper and unable to manage especially during a 3 hour meeting in one small room. She made me feel worthless but pointing fingers and shushing ne. I was appalled and would not recommend.
