  So how does one go about getting a personal Doctor? I have pretty good insurance but I have no idea where to go or how to even know if anyone is accepting new patients. I would gladly take any advice anyone has to offer.

  I use Dr Burk at Holston Medical Group. He's a great family Dr! His office is next to the hospital at Sapling Grove. All ya have to do is call the office and ask if he or any of the other Drs are accepting new patients 423-990-2400

  I go to Sapling Grove Medical Center (which is in the same complex as the hospital), because I hate going to Urgent Cares because of the outrageous co-pay and sometimes less than awesome service. I've seen multiple doctors at Sapling Grove, all of which have been great. Their number is 423-990-2400 :)
