  I have Anthem through IU and see Eric Knabel, DO as my general physician. He's an osteopath -- related to chiropractic, but equal to an MD -- and practices the method. Maybe he can help? IU Health website says he's accepting new patients: 1302 S. Rogers St., Bloomington, IN 47403, 812-353-3700
