  I just saw this post - so sorry not in town or it would be no problem to see her. A pinched nerve is very rare unless she has had some trauma - I would ice the area on/off for 20 min and use arnica to help throughout the day. I will be back in the office on Wed. if you have not seen someone please call and we will see her - 928-282-3348
