I received 16 pictures in which nearly half of them were I a background that I explained during the session, that I did not like. When I received the 16 photos 3.5 months later (I was told it would take 3-4 weeks), the labels on the photos #so and so of 81. When I asked where all the other 81 pics were, she told me there weren't any other pics and everything else was deleted and those extra pics were from from another client's session even though the pics I received were labeled 3 of 81 through 74 of 81. She claimed that she did not want dissatisfied customers and would work on an editing project I had. She did nothing on the editing. After 4 months, I just asked for my editing project back. She said she didn't know how to do it and asked multiple fellow photographers but no one could do it. A friend and NOVICE hobby photographer accomplished the project on photo shop!
