  LGBT+ Friendly Hair Styling? I’ve lived in Jacksonville a while now but have never been able to find somewhere to get my hair cut in a way that makes me feel good about myself and in a place that I feel safe. I want a hairstyle that fits me better but after trying to get it done at a generic hair salon and it not coming out right at all it’s only left me feeling worse about myself. Does anyone know/could recommend some LGBT+ friendly/experienced hair stylists or salons to me? It would be a really big help. Thank you :)

  I would highly recommend Hair Peace in Riverside. Great staff and great service. Their owner Bruce is involved in a number of LGBTQ organizations in the city.

  I highly recommend Hair Peace! The owner does a ton to support organizations around the city like PFLAG and JASMYN. They use lots of COVID precautions and offer a ton of different services.
