  Property Management - Anyone using a property management company that they are happy with? Bad ones to avoid? I've got 23 properties now so I'm more than ready to use a PM co! My thought is to try a couple of PM co's to see which one I like better. I'd like to find a company that is reasonably priced and isn't going to rip me off with inflated repairs and will let me have my contractors bid on repairs, as well as theirs.
