三道拉面创办于2012年至今,浓郁豚骨汤头乃源自于北海道著名的札幌市。日本拉面被堪称为
「日本国民美食」。根据 2012 年的「国民饮食趋势报告」统计,日本人平均一周至少会有一次
以上吃到拉面的机会。

独门豚骨汤头
三道拉面闻名与豚骨汤头则同为各种不同种类豚骨以及多种独特食材去精心熬煮至 14 小时至味道
浓郁,顺滑以及成奶白色。豚骨拉面具独特豚味,使顾客分为「喜爱」与「无法令人接受」2 种。
在这其中,我方利用独家专利技术,去除猪腥味,淬链出浓郁而深奥的绝妙美味汤头。品尝一口,
美味即在口中四溢,令人食欲大开。

秘制面条
面粉混和的完美比例、面条的恰当粗细及浑然天成的弹力,造就出无法被仿制的自家制面条。
三道初期的面条经过各式各样的反覆试验,开发出与豚骨汤头完美结合的面条。经过熟练的师傅,
不时控管温度、湿度,再与碱水混和搅拌。接下来让面条自然熟成,突显出 Q 弹的口感以及面粉
原有的香气。
SANDO RAMEN was founded in 2012, TONKOTSU soup is derived from Hokkaido famous Sapporo city.
Japanese ramen is recognized as "Japanese national cuisine". According to the 2012 National Diet Trends
report, the average Japanese will have ramen at least once a week.

SANDO RAMEN is well known of its Tonkotsu Broth with a variety of different types of bone and a variety of
unique ingredients to carefully boil to 14 hours to taste rich, smooth and milky white. Apart from that, we
use the exclusive patented technology, remove the smell of pigs, quenching chain out of the rich and
profound wonderful delicious soup.
