I was in need of both services. The initial consultation was free and so real that I promptly began my sessions. Lea is genuine and has a "no nonsense"approach. She has a way of delivering the advice and feedback in a way that you actually hear her. Lea has a way of seeing through the mess. Don't use her services if you aren't really ready to do the work that will help you find the "better you".
