I have used them for several years, they are located in Boca Raton Florida and provide automated repair of my home PC -- several times a year, my computer gets a "bug" they fix it for a flat annual fee of $250. Completely legit, a US-based company and wonderful service 24 hours a day. they just fixed an issue today, and I am so grateful - I do not days or a week on end to wait for my computer to up and running.
