  can anyone recommend a decent inexpensive place to stay in North Myrtle Beach? We are going down Saturday and leaving Sunday the 17th & 18th. It doesn't have to have any extras.

  it's not north myrtle itself, but the northern part of myrtle beach but caravelle resorts (a section of motels) usually has good deals. being that it's not labor day yet they may give you an overnight room but many motels are requiring two night until after the LD weekend. we have stayed at St Johns Inn (part of Caravelle Resorts) several times over the last 19 years (843) 449-5251. have fun
