  My 14 yr old daughter used Long Prairie Rehabilitation after knee surgery and they took BCBS. They accommodated her school schedule and I liked the individual care she got. They are at the corner of Sagebrush and 2499. Phone: (972) 874-7171 My daughter saw Brad.
