They canceled the order without any notification and then when we called to inquire as to what was going on, they said we had been "banned" since last year. Apparently after posting a review of a bad experience last year (which we actually took down), they decided to block my company from placing any future orders because of said review. They didn't try to rectify anything, make things right, nadda. In fact they threw in my face that folks buy 500 parcel orders without issue but is most likely parts like RAM and not very small/specific laptop parts poorly described on their site and have to return because they ARE NOT what I was expecting; or just don't work. Don't get me wrong, I have ordered parts successfully from them in the past and even with my issues decided to come back. But if it doesn't work out or there is any issue? They don't care about you as a customer or even as a small businesses. They even threw in my face that I didn't order much and had to return half the items!!! Which was all due to issues with THEM sending the wrong part, sending what was not described/ not pictured, etc. BUYER BEWARE!

  I used [impact Computers](http://www.impactcomputers.net/). They were quick, affordable, didn't try to upsell anything, and talked to me (low-med computer knowledge) like I was a human being. I also needed a hard drive replaced. They switched me out for a solid state one that improved my laptop, 10 fold
