Fox Cities friends, we are looking for recommendations for a plumber. Ours is a well-built older house and we're hoping to find someone who does good work but is not a plumbing diva, ie: is ready to undertake any viable workarounds needed. We like a can-do attitude and no tut-tutting along the lines of "These old houses, they'll nickel-and-dime you to death ..." We need someone to help with some immediate needs and estimate (gulp) for a couple of much larger projects to come. We are lovely to work with: we do whatever they say, don't mind cleaning up after them and pay on the dot.
