  His name is Dr. Flood and he moved a few years ago out of state. Right now I'm seeing his previous partner, Dr. Roger Freeman, for my knee and he also performed my shoulder surgery a few years back. His office can be reached at 858-277-9000 and they are in the Sharp Doctor's offices on Frost street off of the 163. Let the receptionist know I referred you and they will take great care of you! They squeezed me in yesterday as a favor.
