  I am looking for a HVAC tech that doesn't cost a arm and a leg. it appear we have no air flow from the cellar (where furnace is located) to 2nd floor heat vent registers. We know that the previous tenant modified the vents routing but that was repaired over the weekend. still nada. Landlord isn't sure whats up either. recommendation ? aside from the complaining.
