In network; out-of-network; fee schedule; contractual agreement; medical versus dental coverage, this age/not this age; please hold for a representative!!! OVER IT!   Dr. Zuck in Lawrenceville, off 120 just past AMC theaters. 770.995.7960. Jacob (15)) has been for several evils and will have stuff done over Christmas break. we have been pleased so far with him and the staff. Out of network for us, but that is pretty much how our dental ins works.
