Lately I’ve been struggling with my mental health and realized it’s probably about time I seek some professional help. I’ve been living in Sacramento for about for a few months and have no health insurance, which is why I am looking for income-based clinics. I have depression that seems to be getting worse.   Hi - I'm writing for someone who's sister lives in Sacramento, has bipolar disorder and her current therapist through MediCal is "not working out." While the sister is trying to switch to another doctor this individual wants to find someone to help her right now - and will gladly pay until her sister is stabilized. Her sister is "in bad shape right now and thinking about committing herself." I told her that it was good that she was open to that as a possibility if it is/becomes necessary. So, do you know of a therapist in Sacramento who specializes in bipolar? Or do you have any suggestions on how I might facilitate finding her some help? Thanks in advance! Best, Barbarra
