Want to send a mailer out around a house I just sold. Any suggestions on what websites/programs I can get the names of addresses of the surrounding houses?
What's the best direct mail service out there for postcards? Our company is connected with XpressDocs, but I've not used them. Also, is there a consensus on using "Resident" or the homeowner's name, which will age the list?

TPMCO.COM has a huge selection of post cards, newsletters, recipe cards etc. you can get your mailing list by mapping it out, or download your own. Love this company!

Does anyone have a recommendation for a place to find a monthly newsletter that is interesting and could be sent by me monthly to my clients. I have been using WiseAgent as my CRM and sending their newsletter out every month but every month they seem to have a problem with the delivery. I don't mind e-mailing them thru my (hopefully) new CRM, I just need to find one that I like. Thanks for your help

Referral Maker - Buffini and Company; both REBAC (ABR) and CRS members receive access to a monthly newsletter. The Personal Marketing Company www.TPMCo.com has newsletters....
I am looking for a service where I can send postcards out without a minimum. I have CMA leads with no email addresses and I want to mail them a quick postcard or letter with a value range. Corefact will not allow less that 50 and cannot be customized to each home owner

Maybe the Personal Marketing Company http://tpmco.com/
We're looking to start farming a couple areas. Any suggestions on full service printing companies that can design, print, & mail flyers & postcard size mailers?

I like TPMCO.com they have post cards, recipe cards etc. I have them do my newsletters. They even help you with getting a list for your farm by map. They also have a great follow up with 3 or 5 year plans for after the sale. Easy to use!
