  I wanted to get some opinions on hiring an assistant to do phone follow-up calls to website registration leads. Honestly, I just haven't been disciplined enough to keep up with the consistency needed with it, along with this also being my least favorite task to perform. I noticed that there are many virtual assistants out there who specialize in lead follow-up...but I want to see what fellow Realtors think of this idea. Also, must they be licensed to perform this task?? Any information/suggestions and or recommendations would be appreciated...

Here's what I need: I have all of my postcards developed in Photoshop or one of its components, I always want the template developed not the PDF, too many instances where a developer goes under or gets too busy, tired of starting over on already designed concepts. And keep in mind I already use eLance and love it BUT would like a VA and be a little more personal. So looking for two things in a VA: extensive postcard design experience, willing to develop "templates" and not just PDF designs and someone who is great in creative/out of the box thinking. Many of the designs I havent used yet but building my inventory of designs. AND, for those who are not using print, I get it. I tend to feature my postcards oriented to leading the consumer to the our internet marketing etc and it works.
