  Jackie S. wrote: BEWARE! Pole barn that Zach and S & K Construction and Remodeling built for us in 2015. The wet cement floor looks lovely but it cracked from front to back within a week of completion and was so rough in areas it is impossible to sweep it clean with a broom! There are splatters of cement all along the outside of the barn and on the interior of the door knob on the man door. The step plate on the man door was never secured. To correct this, an old piece of wood was shoved under it, as shown in the picture. There are multiple nails protruding through the interior. Nothing was ever recommended (insulation, etc) to remedy this Be forewarned if you're considering this contractor. They delete any negative reviews on their page/site. I know because they deleted mine. All you will ever see are glowing reviews. There are others who have had bad experiences with this company. I hope they come forward so people can be warned. We all work too hard for our money and when you contract a "professional" in good faith to do a job, you expect it to be done right!
