Terms and Conditions
1) The initial deposit and any further deposits are non-refundable in any circumstances, the money has been used to purchase perishable and non reusable items for a unique cake; resources having been committed to produce the cake on time and production of the cake may have already begun.
2) Any claim by the customer against the supplier is limited to the cost of the cake. No claim lies for injury caused or distress.
3) A deposit of 50% is required on booking, excepting wedding cakes, and final payment is required on collection/delivery of the product.
4) For wedding cakes a booking fee of £50 applies, to book the date, and a further non refundable deposit of 50% is required 4 months prior to the wedding along with design details. Final payment is required on collection/delivery.
5) Payment methods are BACS, cash and cheque, 2 weeks prior to the event.
