  His office # is 916-789-8707. Just ask for the address of Roseville or sac and show up. No appointment necessary. I know he only is in sac on Mondays and Thursdays from 8- 12. The rest of the time he in his Roseville office behind the galleria. Steve Scribner is seriously the highest respected professional in his field you seriously couldn't find anyone better.
