  Lizzie M. wrote: They were called by our home warranty because we believed our water heater was leaking. They walked in to our utility room where one of the two of them laughed, then they both walked out and said it was not the water heater but in fact the condensation line on the air conditioner. I proceeded to receive a phone call from the home warranty company telling me I would have to go and pay the two jerks who had done absolutely nothing $132 just for gracing me with their presence. NO ONE TOLD ME OF THIS POSSIBILITY. They were in my home for less than 2 minutes and that is in no way an exaggeration. $132 for 2 minutes! When I confronted them about the ridiculousness of this price they said they didn't care. When I said he was stealing from my two-year-old he said that was not his problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRID COMPANY!
