Hi, I'm Kathryn, owner of The Curiosity Cakery. I am registered with Uttlesford Council and they awarded my kitchen a 5 Star rating. I am personally a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild, hold public liability insurance and have completed a Level 2-Food Safety and Hygiene training course.
