  Ben G. wrote: Ordered boots which never arrived. Email requests for an update totally unanswered but managed to make contact via phone and was told my emails were being sent to junk. Was then told that a refund would be arranged asap. A month went by and I was then told the refund would be next week because only the manager could send it. A week later after no refund was then told the manager had covid. After seemingly running out of excuses my emails stopped being replied to. Absolutely shocking service, do not ever use this sham company.
