  Jessie D. wrote: The guys did a pretty ok job re-boarding our deck. One railing was a little loose. On another railing, a board had a cut/shaved place on the top of it. We pointed out these issues to Sam. Nothing was done. Also, his guys NEVER picked up the discarded wood from the old decking. Part of the contract was to discard and haul off the old wood. It's still in our backyard after a month. We've called several times. Sam has promised to have someone come by and get the wood for weeks. Now he's just not answering the phone or returning our calls. We just want the old wood taken away. He and his guys have already been paid in full.
