  From a lawyer friend "contact Raymond Nardo at (516) 248-2121. The victims do not need a Manhattan lawyer b/c they will charge much higher. Also the EEOC (or National Labor Relations Board) is an excellent place to start - no upfront lawyer's fee requi red - The EEOC will accept any claim if it is meritorious. If not, they will issue the plaintiffs/claimants a 'right to sue' letter and then they can find a private lawyer/law firm to file a lawsuit."
