  Anyone know of a good, honest, trustworthy divorce attorney? I'm handling my mothers divorce and it's been going on for 9 yrs. I've spent a lot of money on attorney fees and they still can't get it finalized. My "sperm donor" has liquidated pretty much everything and is trying to leave her with nothing. I've been dealing with this too long and as bad as it may sound it's crossed my mind to leave my mother hanging although I could never. She only speaks Spanish. FYI all you divorced or separated or people who lost a spouse/ex spouse in Georgia can be forced by the court to give your child to the grandparents for at least 24 hours a month regardless if you think it is safe for your child
