  I normally don't post stuff like this on Facebook, but I need a referral. I've had shooting back and neck pain (mostly neck) which goes into my shoulders and down the middle of my shoulder blades. It feels like fire and when it goes down both my arms, my fingers are going numb. I don't know if I need a good chiropractor or what. I don't have time to deal with going to the doctor and getting an MRI and all that stuff yet. I don't think I'm at that point anyway. I am doing acupuncture and massage and it relieved the pain for about a day, but then I slept weird last night and it's back. Does anyone know of a good chiropractor (sports injury type would be great) who is in the Downtown, Silverlake, Los Feliz, Echo Park or mid-Wilshire area? I really need someone who takes Anthem/Blue Cross (PPO). Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!!!!!

  Sounds like a pinched nerve pressed by a disk in your neck or middle back. Regardless of your therapy it won't get fixed with just one treatment. I often see the top professor of acupuncture at the Yo San Clinic at 13315 W. Washington Blvd. in Venice. It's also a school. I ask for the head of the Clinic, Doctor Chen or Sine (Top Teacher). Treatment takes about 30-40 minutes. Costs only about $35.00. I always had immediate results with only one or two follow ups. He also has Chinese herbs that relaxes muscles as needed.
