Hand crafted chocolates made to order using Belgian couverture as well as locally importedl chocolate.
My personal favourites are delectable truffles, pralines, soft centres - handmade and moulded dark and white chocolate. I offer a wide range of flavours, including but not restricted to cappuccino, butterscotch, almond, toffee nut brickle,walnut crackle, rum n raisin, blueberry, rocky road amongst others.
My innovative streak and formal training enhanced my culinary skills and I also focus on quick, nutritious, easy to cook home-meals across a wide cultural spectrum from Indian, South Asian and Continental fare including starters, salads, dips and mains to desserts.
