We had it towed back to our home, through our insurance company. Someone was parked next to a car hauler as we waited for a tow truck. I'm sure they thought we would leave and they could haul it away. I bet they would have too. Full size vans are few and far between. The next day, we went in. Bill Crider just said in a I don't care voice. You van is gone. I asked him, why was it left out and all he had was excuses. Why was it left out? No room in the shop. Then why did you have us bring it in? I didn't know there wouldn't be any room. Then why didn't you call us when you knew you had no room? I don't know, I guess I should have. If you use them. Don't trust them. They are good at lying. I believe they just didn't want to mess with it and didn't care about us or our vehicle. We took a another vehicle into them this year and they fixed the problem. I can't say for sure if they did it, but after driving the vehicle only 3 times after we got it back. There was no water in the radiator. It over heated and blew head gaskets. He told us, just to have the whole engine replaces. There was never a leak or anything. We had it topped off too before that. Just don't trust this place or the owner. If you can't keep your word, what good are you. He didn't keep his word with saying, he would put it up. He just left it out for wolves to take. With all the car thieves in the news. We know our vehicle would have been gone. Shame on you Bill for adding frustration, expense and anger in our lives. You are the reason, I don't trust people.
