  Amanda J. wrote: Had 2 service repairmen come out to diagnose our Whirlpool fridge. The first one said our ice maker was broken. Scheduled a guy to come out 5 days later. Second service guy came and said first guy was wrong! Needed to order a fan part for freezer. That would take 3-5 business days to get a part in. Wait- didn't we already wait 5 days to have you come fix the fridge? We decided to get a second opinion. Guess what? It wasn't the fan that was broken after all. So, we paid $65 for them to tell us two wrong things. Also- tried calling the company 5 times in one day. Left two voicemails, they never called us back. Oh and the second repairman cussed up a storm the entire time he was in our house- slinging f-bombs every which way. Completely horrible customer service. Should have listened to the guy who said to run away from this company!!
