  Patty D. wrote: A liar and a rip-off. Dishonest man. Will tell you it costs nothing for him to come out when you ask over the phone. After he is in your door...then he tells you he charges $369.99 to diagnose the problem! If he told people that up front when they called, no one would let him in.
