I'm looking to get him some personal training lessons to help him get better and stronger with his routes, footwork, ect. Is there a company or individual that offers personal lessons in the lebanon area? Must be someone with coaching experience and not crazy expensive. Thanks!

  Yes, Six1Five does have personal training. 615 sportstraining.com is the website. Six1Five also has group classes for only $79/mo and everyone can try a couple of classes for free. You may find that group classes is what you need, but if you want the one on one attention, Paige can help you. She can also help you with nutrition too, which is more than half the battle.
